✅ We constantly develop our services, adding the latest technologies and equipment. For remote access, we use electronic locks and gates. These devices look the same as traditional ones. Access via mobile application or by a phone call.
✅ We do not spend time on meetings for signing documents - our clients sign all papers and contracts of service companies by electronic signature in the application.
One of our projects - the villa near Cannes. After connecting to our service, the cost of maintenance decreased by 50%, and efficiency increased.
How we do it:
❌ No transport costs for checking mailbox or providing access to service companies.
✅ We collect all bills and letters electronically on our server, and access to a villa or apartment is provided remotely. In this case, the keys are not passed to third parties. Of course, our engineer visits the property, but not more than one time in two months.
